Future of Work Hybrid the future https://youtu.be/ykshNOy2inA?t=194

Who?

Can it ever be Business as Usual?

The world of work is changing. 2020 was all about shifting gears and embracing what is now an integral part of our lives – the “remote workplace”. Even as companies and employees continue to master the work-from-home model and nations vaccinate citizens, there is increasing consensus among corporate leaders that we will never return to the pre-pandemic workplace and the hybrid model is here to stay.

The shift that we have seen over the last year has also raised several questions. How will companies transform their people policies and practices and enable collaboration when employees are on two parallel tracks? How will this affect office design, workforce dynamics and the nature of work itself? Is this a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to usher in changes that will lead to a more balanced, diverse, inclusive and empathetic culture?
